Hi, I'm Hannah! I am a pre-nursing student at Chico State but want to gain experience as a home health aide. I have been a babysitter for seven years, but also have the geriatric experience, as I volunteered at an Alzheimer's and dementia nursing home. I can provide the warmth of a companion along with the smart, careful actions of a trained caregiver. I'm highly passionate about patient care and the health field, so feel free to contact me!
I feel I am a great caregiver because, I absolutely love making people happy, well, and alive. I am a very honest, trustworthy person, and I except nothing less from others. I have great respect for others, and their privacy. I have had my CNA license for 6 years, and I did home health for 10 years, with a few extra training courses including, Dementia & Alzheimer's training, wound care, medicine and 1 year internship for Mortuary School. I am a quick learner and follow instructions given. I keep a daily log of all events, meds given, and give full daily reports when requested. I am aware of all HIPPA laws and abide by them. I am reachable at all times on or off the work schedule provided. I am willing to work extra hours/shifts in all situations. Thank you for your interest in considering my request of being a care provider.

I have over 20 years experience working in elderly care facilities. My experience covers everything from general personal caregiving to caregiving for elderly with extreme dementia and supervising medications for care homes. With this much up-to-date experience/training, I am confident in working as a personal caregiver who can perform activities as recommended (e.g., lifting residents correctly, bathing residents, feeding, communicating to those with dementia, medication supervision, etc.) I am currently working full-time but am available all days after 2pm.
I take pride in being a Great caregiver, and I care for the clients as if they were family. 1. I love taking care of people. I've always taking care of my grandfather, grandmother, and mom before they passed away recently. When I was doing my internship for nursing school, I found that at the end of the day I felt happy that I was able to bring smiles to everyone. To me there's nothing better than that. 2. I like the satisfaction of doing a job well done. Plus I'm a people person so I love interacting with the patients. 3. Graduating nursing school. It was hard for me to juggle school and family life. But with the support of my husband and kids I did it. 4. I am a mother of 4 and happily married. I am a fast learner and very hard worker. I'm just looking for a opportunity to prove myself and not just have a job but belong to a family.
