I worked for a residential assisted living, worked with Alzheimer, dementia residents and patients with special needs. During my time working there I absolutely loved it. It's so heart warming with people that need it my help. I would have to help them changes every two to four hours or as needed. I will put out their clothes and if need it I will help them to get dress. I also monitored them very carefully and Around 5 a.m., I got my wonderful residents up and dressed for breakfast, brushed their hair, put on their shoes, helped with their false teeth, cologne or perfume, helped them to the bathroom and wiped them if needed. I loved my job. I'm a CMA certified since 2009 and currently attending college to become Medical Business Administration. I'm very honest and trustworthy. I am a very compassionate woman when I'm taking care of seniors, children and pets.
I became a caregiver because I have a deep rooted passion for caring for people no matter what their race is or religious beliefs or their age is. I like the satisfaction of knowing that i have done something to better a persons quality of life, be it something big or small. took look at a person and know deep within yourself that you helped that individual have a better day or that you have given them hope when they were ready to throw the towel in really means the world to me. I am proud of the fact that being a care giver has made me a very humble person and has taught me not to take things in life for granted. I am a very loyal and dependable person, I take my job very seriously. i also believe in being the best at whatever it is you decide to do in life. When given lemons make lemonade.

1.I enjoy helping others and being there when no one else can. 2. Knowing that I'm able to assist someone who can't help themself gives me great joy. 3. Completed Medical Assistant school and glad that it also allowed for me to work as a caregiver. 4. I watched my mother take care of her mother and sister til death and they lived longer then the Dr.s expected them to. She taught me how to care for them as well. I also told me my mother I want to take care of her the way she cared for her mother and sister. And that's all that matter them knowing that someone still cares.
