Hello, My name is Tam. I am a compassionate and attentive professional who have many years of experience providing heartfelt care and assistance to clients in the healthcare arena. I am currently pursuing my degree in nursing and take pride in providing exceptional care by meeting client needs with a patient centered approach. I became a caregiver because caregiving found me! I have always had a sincere concern for the overall wellbeing of others and enjoyed helping those who are in need...ever since I was young. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is the reward that comes from knowing in my heart that I've made a difference in someone's life and it radiates back to me through their love and appreciation. Being a caregiver is such an honor- it's all about putting away your needs to assist others. Knowing that a smile on your face can bring joy and happiness to someone else is priceless!

Started volunteering at a nursing home with my grandmother when she adopted me at the age of 9. Didn't know at the time the residents had Alzheimer's and Dementia. I think the residents did more for me than I did for them. They gave me an escape to get out a strict household for a couple of hours a day, and helped a lonely child feel joy. By the residents listening to my stories as well. They had became my friends who I cared deeply for. They helped mold me into the exceptional caregiver that I am today. I'm currently less than a year of finishing my Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration. To obtain my Nursing Home Administrator License.

I became a caregiver because I enjoy taking care of those who need it. I enjoy caring for and spending time with elderly people. I am CNA and CPR certified and have 3 years of college. I am a single mother of three I enjoy spending time with my children and work hard to provide for them.
I became a caregiver while taken care of my mother and best friend. What I like about being a caregiver is seeing that a person is willing to try to do what it takes to get better. My personal achievement that I am proud of is that I get to be a part of a person getting back to their independence. About me is that I love to make my clients laugh I think that is a big part of rehab.
