I'm a natural caregiver who attended and completed the Ivy Tech CNA program in 2002. I have worked in a different setting as a caregiver from hospitals, retirement facilities, and nursing facilities. Recently I've decided to get back into the rewarding field fulltime and finish my degree at IWU Marion. I have always had a passion for helping people, and it gives me great gratitude in doing so.
What makes me an AWESOME caregiver is because it is a God's gift that has been given to me and the passion has always been there for me since I was a child. I would go visit the sick and shut ins with my mother and grandmother whom were missionaries. I enjoy the smiles of appreciation that I am there helping clients whom needs assistance to stay in their home, gain strength to gain their independecet back, and just companionship. My personality traits and expertise that help me continue to being an AWESOME caregiver is my loyalty, trustworthiness, sense of humor, the gifts I give my clients during holidays and birthdays, and loving on my clients as if they are my own immediate family. My availability is Tue thru Thurs from 7pm to 7am ONLY! I look forward to hearing from you.

Hello! My name is Rose. I have been a caregiver for about 4 professional years and personally all my life. I have always had the skills and manners of a Caregiver which is why I am able to not only do an exceptional job but also enjoy doing it. I became a caregiver, because I have been the caretaker of everyone I know. I started nannying and loved it. That's why I decided to switch it up a bit by working with an older group. I found such a passion in caregiving. My goal is to start a non-medical Health Care Facility in the next 5 years.

o Caring personality & empathy o Relational versatility o Attentive to details o Time management and organize o Ability to work as a team o Effective and concise communication skills o Adhering to health standards o Dedicated, Reliable and Committed o Hard work with little or no supervision What I attracted me to caregiving is the passion I develop with taking care and supporting individuals with their daily needs. The satisfaction is that the smile on clients face after care is completed. To see the client becoming more independent and being able to support them with their day to day needs. Personal achievement is when I saw a client through hospice and was discharged when I was working with her.
