I am compassionate person, and very caring. My Aunt Mary is the one that Inspired me to do what I do today. She was a Christian and loved the Lord. She taught me about love and Integrity. She was a paraplegic, and I helped take care of her. I feel like what I do is more of a ministry than a job. I have experience in Alzheimer's care.

I believe my compassion and desire to serve is what makes me a great caregiver. I grew up with a grandmother who was a mid -wife, a grandfather who did what today we call hospice and a mother who was a nurse and they exemplified servant /leader role. I like being a caregiver because it is a hands on way to serve people in a very relevant way. One thing that I am proud to say in regards to being a caregiver is that my training allowed me the honor of taking care of both of my parents at home until they passed away.
