Hello, my name is Jennifer and I have six years experience working a lisenced HCA. I have done speciality training on Alzheimer's and dementia/ blood born pathogens and in infectious diseases. I am CPR/ AED first aide certified I also have a food handlers card. I'm a nonsmoker, comfortable with pets. Have reliable transportation, clean drug and background check. I have been a caregiver for children and vulnerable adults for over 10 years. I have my HCA, CPR and First Aide, Nurse Delegation, my own transportation, know that everybody has different needs and try to do my best at listening and understanding what those needs are! A few things about me that makes me an amazing caregiver is that not only do I believe to still give them there Independence in a safe manor but I also care deeply from my heart and try my best to always get all there needs complete. One thing that made me interested in being a caregiver was when I was 10 I used to go to my great grandpas retirement home and help out with everyone. I enjoyed it so much, seeing there faces when I would help with something or just sit and listen made me feel like I won a million dollars. When I first meet someone and they have alot of trouble with something, I help work on it and once I see the progress and smile on there face it makes me so happy to see them happy. That's all I strive to do is make it easier and happier for them . A professional Achievement I have had is that I have been a caregiver for 5 years and havent once had a horrible experience. I have gotten so much knowledge and have been through tons of experience I feel like nothing is too difficult for me to achieve. Seeing people and there families happy truthfully is an achievement itself.

I had always work with customers in a store setting. That just wasn't challenging enough for me. I wanted to do more, help more. I had an opportunity to take care of my grandmother when she became ill. It was the greatest feeling to be able to put a smile on her face while helping her. It just felt right knowing I was helping in a way that she was able to do by herself anymore. But with my help she was still able to enjoy the life she deserved.

Hello there, my name is Jennifer Stoeger. I am a twenty-five year old mother of two beautiful children and a wife. I have been a care giver for just about five years and counting. I came into this line of work with no idea how meaningful it would be to me, my nana had dementia as I was growing up and I've seen how it can effect a family frist hand. When I am taking care of someone it always reminds me of my nana and i can't help but feel love. What I enjoy most about this line of work is getting to know all the diffrent people and learning who they are as a person, helping them over come daily obstacles, spending time doing fun things like going on outings and doing crafts. Over the last five years I have worked mostly with seniors that have earily to late stages of Alzheimer's and dementia. What makes me so good at my job is all the experience I've have working with all the diffrent people I've gotten to know. I truly love helping others. I am soft spoken, full of patience and understanding, and I have lots of love to give, and above all I am always respectful. I don't treat this like a normal job, everyone is family and everyone deserves a caregiver who knows the difference.
