I'm very alert when providing care and needs to my client.Patience,Compassion,Attentiveness,Trustworthiness is the key to be a good Caregiver.I am proud to say that every client i have had a great care because i am giving them something to look for like having a good life and how to enjoy living in a daily basis.

I'm good at what I do. I'm very reliable and I work hard. I started being a care provider from my moms friend and I enjoyed helping her until she passed away. I enjoy helping people that need my help that can't do things for they self. My personal achievement would be that I'm a hard working man I'm able to get up and go to work everyday without regard.

I became a caregiver because I have a passion with providing care to those individuals who need assistant with staying in the comfort of their home safely. I enjoy being apart of a team who promote clients to reach their highest level of independence. After, discovering I really enjoyed the kind of work that I do I went back to school and pursued my CNA/HHA and Acute Care license. I have five years of experience as a PCA, My first encounter was taking care of a stroke client. I'm independent, empathetic, trustworthy, reliable and really committed with the job I've been called to do. I'm currently a Geriatric Aide and working for the Center for Elder's Independence as well.

1. I became a caregiver through the inspiration of my late mother. She was in a vegetative state for almost 2 yrs. due to massive stroke. Reinvented myself from working in the corporate world (banking) to moving in the healthcare field. It's a different experience where one found joy and accomplishment working with the elderly. My salary rate is negotiable depending on client's needs. 2. Being a caregiver is very personal to me.. My focus is always the well-being & safety of my client. 3. Being a caregiver entails a lot of patience, compassion and experience to be able to understand every client's specific needs. . I try to keep a balance of everything I do to maintain my physical and psychological well-being. 4. I consider myself as energetic, strong-willed and resourceful. In my former job I was the lead CNA supervising 3 caregivers working 12 hrs. shift 24/7 in our client's own home. My relationship with my client & the family I've worked with has been very pleasant. Blessed to work with families that trust my work ethics and the care I provide for their loved ones.

I love meeting people and hearing their stories. I am compassionate and hardworking and want to support individuals that want to live at home. My greatest accomplishment is bringing activities to the client that will promote mental health.

I have more than 30 years as a caregiver. Some of that experience has been working with the alzhiemers population and private care with others condition like cuadriplegia, multiple sclerosis and others. My best interest is to provide good care to my clients.

I'm a mother of 5 and grandmother to 10. I've worked as a caregiver for the last 15+ years and counting. I love my clients and working with the elderly. What started out as a job became second nature and probably alot of that has to do with my cultural background. I loved it so much, I paid for my own training and certifications to be an independent caregiver. I've had great experiences with those who I have worked for and with, along with learning from wonderful nurses and doctors that I've interacted with during the care of many of my clients. I am very proud of the achievements I've made in taking the initiative to learn as I go with each client, and each client came with various conditions and ailments, and some with multiple conditions. It has been a great journey of growth and connection for me like no other and I find it so fulfilling to be able to help our elderly population in need. They have been all like family.

I have been a CNA for over 5 years I've worked in various acute care hospitals such as Highland Hospital, Kindred Hospital to name a few. I have experience in ICU, Step Down, GI Clinic, Same Day Surgery, Infusion Center and PACU I have a loving heart which I think a person need to work In this field I give my patients the same treatment and care tht I would someone to provide me with if I were In There shoes treat them with respect and you and ur patient will have a bond and that makes for a great care giver/ CNA
