I have been in the health care / nursing field extensive amount of years along with experience, caring for individuals of all ages, mostly geriatrics. I started out as a nursing assistant and furthered my education to become an LVN, which i have known to be a "gift"/talent in helping other's. I find myself as a very responsible, reliable, motivated individual with strong communication and listening skills and committed to the highest quality of patient/client care. I believe that i am a warm-hearted, kind, friendly individual with an added sense of humor. Respect and concern are vital when dealing with geriatrics. In my opinion,those attributes make the difference between average care and superior care. I am confident to say that i do have the attributes vital for superior care. I will sum up with this attribute that is so true to me- "treat your patient's/clients the way that you want to be treated".

For many years when I was young up until middle school i routinely cared for my great grandmother who was 87 and needed help for almost all of her daily tasks which gave me the necessary experience for a caregiver job. I'm attracted to this field as I believe that I am a very compassionate person and I really enjoy being there for people who need it and I especially enjoy hearing about their different memories and exchanging stories.

My first experience as a caregiver was when I was 15 years old. My grandfather was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer. Both my parents were school teachers so I was responsible for his care every day after school till they got home. My heart is in taking care of others and helping keep them home in there comfort zone as long as possible. I am 38, I obtained my CNA in 2000 and have worked with different companies ever since. I enjoy all people with different illnesses I have extensive training with accute, long term, rehabilitation, psych holds, pediatric and also worked for two years in a lock down alshiemers ward. The job is hard and sometimes mentally exhausting, but I couldn't imagine doing anything different.

I love taking care of people and I fell in love with being a caregiver, giving people a companion or seeing them smile is always my goal! I feel that I'm very reliable, responsible and always fun to be around. I work well with other and under stress.

I am a licensed CNA and currently working as a mentor to people with developmental and physical disabilities. When I was 12 years old my grandma was diagnosed with ALS and I helped care for her until she passed, that experience led me on to become a CNA and commit to helping those in need with every day living. I'm very open-minded and compassionate.

Hi I'm Madison I am a sophomore in college and I have been a babysitter many times between my little sister as well as my family friends children. I have taken 2 child development classes and worked in elementary/preschool classes volunteering during high school. I have my CPR certificate and a CNA. I am going to college for my degree in neonatal nursing but going to school currently for LVN II Nursing. I am very active, I play volleyball and track. I also have 7 horses, 4 dogs, and a bunny. On my free time(which I don't get much) I rope and work my horses. I have two sisters, one older and one younger. I am caring, fun, and outgoing... I feel I would be a good fit because I like challenges love to have fun but also really responsible. I would love too help you out with all of it.

I'm a reliable, motivated , and caring Person, I enjoy working with people. I have been in the medical field for over 16 years and have always enjoyed helping people who are in need. I'm currently working in a hospital setting and have been caring for patient that are sick, have had a stroke or recovering from surgery. It gives me great joy to help people that I know really need help.

Hi all! My name is Jessica & I've been in the caregiving field for 5 years now. I recently worked for a care agency & assisted my clients in the comfort of their own homes. I loved my job & all of my clients that I had the pleasure of meeting. The greatest part of my job was building great relationships with my clients & their families. While working with the agency, my job duties entailed: -Assisting with personal hygeine(bathing,toileting, etc) -Food Prep. For the day/week -Transporting my clients to their jobs/ day program/senior activities in the community/ doctor appointments or to family's homes. -Monitoring my clients medication intake & filled out logs when they did take their meds. -Assisting with my clients physical exercise per doctors orders.
