I pride myself on the fact that I got one particular client who wasn't willing to participate in any exercise and was wheelchair bound to not only participate, but eventually began walking. I got into caregiving after my grandpa tried to get a tumor removed from his brain and he began to get Alzheimer's and dementia, I grew up under him so helping him made me realize I love to make sure our elders/grandparents are actually taken care of by someone who cares. This is NOT just a job for me, I only say that because our clients depend on us drastically and in my opinion their lives/health is worth more than a job title.
