Hi, name is Robert. I first got my PCA in 1984. I took care of a completely disabled man in a wheelchair. Lifts were all manual and showers, bowel movement with a Fleet was continuous for the 3 yrs l worked with him. I took him where ever he wanted to go, Beach, Dr.'s, Park, Patriots Football Games, Concerts. I have been working since then with the disabled, psychiatric disabled, physically disabled, Drug Rehabilitation. My mind is to be with those in their struggles and try to keep everybody in a positive atmosphere...

I enjoy mostly being a caregiver in the home setting because I grow a greater connection with my patients and they are more comfortable in a home setting.

My name is Deanna I am 34 years of age with no children. What attracted the most to look into this field and to sign me up for CNA school was for my grandparents that I was very close to and who raised me so I did it for them! Because unfortunately, my grandmother was in a nursing home and she was very neglected to the point. Some thing happened to her and she passed away so she gave me my motivation to be where I'm at today. I'm a very compassionate person very honest the most outright patience I have for people is incredible always in a positive mood And I've always wanted to take care of others who don't have others to take care of them. That's why I became a CNA and a caregiver because I give my 100%. I'm a very thorough worker. I'm very organized I have a routine and I get along with everybody, but if I have a tough client who is behavioral that intrigues me more to stay in the field that I am in only because I know how to approach those clients in the correct manner.
