Hi there, I've been a caregiver for over 10 years. Love working with seniors. Have a lot of experience I'm fun to be around. Love the outdoors. Really enjoy reading, writing, and puzzles.

What makes me a great caregiver is that I have the experience cuz I used to take care of my grandmother and I had to do the same duties as a home health aide, I have the experience as well I'm a great person I get along with people really easy I know how to communicate really well and it's something I love to do I love to help people I have it in my heart.

i have extensive experience caring for people. i previously ran a 12 person adult care facility, caring for their every need 24hrs a day. i love helping people gain their independence back and assisting them with daily tasks to make them feel more independent.

I enjoy people and find it personally rewarding to help someone that is in need. I like being in a one on one position so I can give individualized attention to who I am caring for. I spent 11 years in the military in which I was honorably discharged at the end of 2012. I completed and received an associate degree in art while serving. I continued my education while being unemployed from the time I was released from the military until April of 2013 and earned a bachelor degree in psychology. A week later I began practical nursing school and graduated top of my class a year later and was rewarded the leadership award. I passed my state board and earned my Practical Nursing license with an IV certification. I have since worked as an admission nurse, hospice nurse, agency nurse, floor nurse, managed a long term care facility, and was a day shift manager as well as a day shift unit supervisor. I recently completed my associate's degree in science in nursing and am waiting to sit for boards for my registered nursing license. I am looking to slowly transition from the facility setting into private duty helping people in their home setting.

Over the past 20 years, I have worked with high behavioral clients with disabilities of all ages. I take my job very serious and I provide nothing but excellent customer services, I provide the services that is needed for each client, I am a very hard worker, I come to work to work, I listen well , I have CPR, First Aid and Med Level 1 training certification and mandt training.

Having more experience made me to be passionate giving the clients with all the care they needs.

What makes me a great caregiver is my patience's for people who need care that may take a little longer. What made me wanna become a caregiver is i enjoy working with people mostly my job where i can interact one on one. What i enjoy most about being a caregiver is i love making a difference in someone's life & building cherishable moments with them. I am mostly proud of my resourcefulness, flexibility & determination.

I would say that I am a great caregiver because I care for my clients and treat them as if I am caring for someone close to me. I initially became a caregiver to help my grandparents before they passed away. I enjoyed assisting them so much I started working as a pca assisting mentally ill clients. I am so proud that I finished school as a Medical assistant and was able to settle in as an adult.
