This has been my dream of working in the medical field since I was young. I have worked in hospitals, nursing homes, Dr. Office and cared for people in their homes over 30 years. What attracted me to this field was I use to go to work with my mother when I was in Jr. High School caring for patient in a nursing home, and the Private clients in their homes. I have not only cared for Seniors, Some of my jobs was caring for Babies, Children with disabilities and needed a caregiver I enjoy the most most is giving my help and support and bring joy to my clients, letting them know that I am there for them. I am a fun, laid back, compassionate person. I am a believer that being professional does not mean not having fun or enjoying your job. I love being a caregiver because I love helping people. I enjoy making people's lives or even just days better; that is one of the things that gives me the most sense of accomplishment. A personal achievement in proud of is my perseverance as a mother. Being a mother turned my whole life upside down and it has been a hard journey. I have been a care giver since 2014. have worked for some of the best Home health agencies in New york such as Partners in care( part of visiting nurses New york) and Atria Home care. I also worked as a care giver HHa in New jersey with Lares home care. I am licence HHA in both New york and New jersey. I have licence in CNA in new york. I have both experience as HHA and CNA. As HHA i used to be loved by the patients and their families and they always requested for my service from my employer . Curently i worked part time (weekends )as CNA at one of the best nurisng homes in the cities which hire only the best care givers. I love taking care if people and seeing them happy.
