I am a compassionate and dependable caregiver with 22 years of experience, going above and beyond for my clients. My natural inclination to care for others was shaped by helping my family members with disabilities since I was a teenager. It's why I chose this profession - because I have a heart for it. I know American Sign Language learning with my parents and friends.

First off I'd like to start by saying my name which is Reanna Jojola so nice to virtually meet u lol. Iam a natural nurturer & caring for people comes so natural to my abilities to care for which also includes iam loyal caring loving but iam also firm and obey the rules and understand boundaries.

I've been in the field of caregiving 25+ yrs from working with DD waivers (child/adult) disabilities, assisting elderly in home health plus assisted living environments. I've received multiple certifications in CRP/FIRST AIDE, & MEDICATIONS, & many more. Any kind of hand over hand assistance requirements rather online or in person I've kept up to date personally & responsibly. I HAVEN'T ANY ISSUES WITH LIFTING PROPERLY & TRANSFERRING individuals, I am fully trained in this area. I've dedicated my life to fulfilling job tasks well doing something I REALLY enjoy most, helping others with daily life skills their unable to do alone, including providing companionship. I've learned being on time, reliability, & dedication is a priority through out my years of experience. I'm very proud of what I've learned so far and I've got plans to learn more everyday. One of my main achievements is watching , over viewing & loving an individuals day to day progress. As I grow with knowledge & age it's not always a JOB, it's being a positive inspiration & motivator to others in a time of need. I treat others they way i would want to be treated, & well working i always create a bond with my patients as if their family however still acknowledging there are boundaries being the employee. Meeting new people an being a team player gives me so much gratitude towards this profession I've established for so many years. I always attempt to apply availability PRN (as needed) in case of last minute emergencies being ON CALL. Flexibility variates (I try NOT to do overnights ONLY) however I have no problem with trying just to meet the needs of others and their families. Hello, I'm Andrea. I've been in the medical field for 17yrs. Im a Certified CNA and also an EKG Tech. Im certified in CPR. I love my job as CNA. I have experienced and learned a lot of things while working as an CNA. It's an enjoyment and challenge for me. My goals is to have an Homeless Shelter and assisted living by the time I turn 42. Taking care of others is a passion I have for the elderly and Disable. The best job you can have is knowing that you can help someone else when they don't have nobody.

Currently I am on the road to being a medical assistant, being in this field brings a certain type of warmth to my heart. I've always been the type of person to take care of others, being a caregiver requires you giving it your all, the respect to your patients and their families, it requires "heartwork".

I graduated high school in 2012, right after graduating high school I started going to college for my nursing degree. I have 3 more years left of college. In 2013 I started working as a caregiver I couldn't ask for a better job I love caregiving. I was recently laid off. Caregiving is my passion. When I was 15 years old my mom got diagnosed with cancer. Seeing my mom sick and couldn't do for her self helped me to understand that there is people that need help. After four months of seeing my mom in and out of the hospital she passed away yes it was hard but I knew deep down inside I had to help people.
