It is our mission to assist each resident with their needed daily living skills and promote independence. It is our mission to increase awareness to each resident as to the benefit of taking medication as prescribed for better health and longevity of life. It is our mission to educate and supervise self-administration of medication for our community residents. Sweet Home Personal Care attendants provide service to individuals in their own homes and communities, who need assistance caring for themselves as a result of old age, sickness, disability and/or other inflictions. Sweet Home Personal Care may include assistance with the activities of daily living, housecleaning, laundry, meal preparation, transportation, companionship and respite, Sweet Home Personal Care attendants are responsible for ensuring that service is delivered in a caring and respectful manner, in accordance with relevant Agency policies and industry standards. Sweet Home Personal Care works diligently to encourage residents to work with staff on daily living skills to obtain new skills with the hope of building and maintaining their independence.

I am gentle and patient. I smile and have a positive attitude so that my client/clients feel free to let me know whatever they may need. I have over seven years of experience in a long term care facility and over two with disabled clients. I strive to find my clients needs so that I may better assist them.

I've been caregiving for actually awhile I have a nephew that had brain and spinal cancer and I cared for him he had a feeding tube a tube to drain fluid of the brain around the clock meds andchemo it was really challenging but we made it by the grace of God. To sum it all up having to get him better just made me realize that there's people everyday that needs someone to just care and give there time
