Hello my name is Sierra Netherland. I am a single mother of 3 and is also expecting another child in August. My support system is amazing and encourages me to be my best. I enjoy what I do and is planning on going back to school for my LPN/RN in the near future.

ive always been kind and a good hearted person,i take the time to listen to people talk. i helped take care of my 90year old great grandmother.i loved and enjoyed doing it all.i have always wanted to be a nurse which is what im trying to do . i love taking care of people no matter who they are. i did the very best i could while taking care of my great grandmother and i do it because i love to do it i dont care about the money i just enjoy doing it. i would rather do something i love doing than do something im not pasionate about. i am in school for my ged.

I became a care giver, because my passion is to help others, who are unable to do for themselves, and to give them the quality of life that they deserve. My personal achievement, nursing a client that I cared for, for almost 2 years, and she was very ill, and with my personal touch, and quality time that I spent with her, she competely got better, learned how to walk, talk and enjoy life again, and a simple thank you from her meant the world to me. They appreciate the fact that they can feel safe and know I can be relied on to be there and be prompt about it. I have 8 consecutive years of verifiable experience. I will be moving to the East Tennessee area this spring, 2021, and can work with a varied set of needs. I hope you will speak to my current employers about me and my capabilities and my personality. I have been a Caregiver for over a year now. I have always been a compassionate person.
