Giving hope & encouragement to someone facing health crisis.Which left a spirit of Hopelessness.They were independent ;sickness made them become dependent individuals.I want to help in their transition.By helping with character traits. By me displaying hope, discipline, consistency & determination is a daily agenda for me & my company. I have work with people who have Alzheimer's tracheotomy, dialysis I can take blood give insuline, dispense medicine, use a hoyer lift, change dipers give bed baths and showers assist in walking and help with physical and occupational therapy, I also cook and clean. I love being able to go into someone's household and be an asset to them helping to live out the the rest of their life or just helping them have the best quality of life living at home and being comfortable there. I am also a Medical Assistant and CPR and First Aide certified. I also have 16 years experience

I am a very outgoing person that loves people. I have been told I have a very bubbly personality. I like taking care of people and maybe even make a difference in their life. If I can make someone smile it fills me with joy. I was the first freshman to ever be nominated to go to the 2007 leadership conference. I also won a community care award in 2016.

Hello, I am Arkeya and I have being a caregiver for about 6 years. I am passionate and patient. I enjoy taking care of residents and clients.. I give companionship and love. I have took care of different types of residents like stroke, dementia and cerebral palsy. I became a caregiver after taking care of my great grandmother in high school. I enjoy seeing a smile on my residents face and making them laugh.

Why I became a caregiver Growing up in a family of medical professionals I surely thought that one day I would become a nurse. After watching my mom take care and aid the sick in her home, I knew I wanted to become more hands-on with patients. While still in high school, I became a volunteer patient assistance for a local Nurse home, helping out with medical records and little jobs as needed around the Nurse. Being surrounded on a daily basis by this kind of environment is what made me want to become a caregiver. After high school I became a childcare provider in a facility, and I ran my own daycare from my home. Although I loved what I did, it didn't bring me as much joy as caring for the elderly. What do I like about being a caregiver. I enjoy working with people and most enjoy jobs where you have one-on-one interaction with others. I enjoyed taking care of elder family members and would like to help others in this way. I like older adults and feel you can get along well with a variety of elders.I like doing work that has the potential to make a difference in someone's life. I like doing a variety of tasks in a day. I'm Michelle Outsey wright, I've been working since I was 9 yrs. old. My very first job was baby setting. Next, I did tutoring. When I was 10 I started going around my neighborhood helping the elderly! I loved it! I use to help them clean, cook, I'd do hair, I'd even help them in personnel ways! They loved me! I have always loved just helping and being there for others. As a child I wanted to be a teacher,( done that), a nurse(doing that now), Childcare provider( done that). At 15 my first summer job was at Children's hospital as a unit clerk. I've ways loved helping people. I love making them smile. I love being around the elderly because they give me so much inspiration. I love their stories and I learn a lot from them also. When I take care of someone I love giving my all and doing my very best. I'm a very caring and considerate person. Always put others before me. I was married, I raised 7 children that weren't mine biologically. But I treated them like my own for over 7 yrs. I'm also an apprenticed funeral director and embalmer. I love people till death literally! I've been a CNA for 10ys. Did Childcare for 10 yrs. I'm currently in school to become a lisensed mortician and an RN. But I very much enjoy being a CNA! It's my passion. I love every thing I do.

I am a 22 year old female currently studying nursing at Central Alabama Community College. I have experience with care giving inside the home I also have experience working in a long term care facility. I am a people person, I love helping people and caring for them as well. My mom is a caregiver which first led me to want to try the job and I loved it from the very first patient I ever cared for.
