What makes me a great caregiver is that I' am very passionate about my job. I love working for others, providing the necessary care to improve the quality of life for my clients, I' am very patient, I' am a good listener, I communicate affectively, I' am a quick thinker, problem solver, and very caring. I became a caregiver to help others during a very delicate time. It is not always easy to ask for help, or receive help from anyone. This is what drives me to help others. To help them feel comfortable and cared for. I enjoy making others happy. A personal achievement I' am proud is returning to school part time to receive a social work degree.
Hello! N. Phoenix 5pm to 10pm only. I've been working in many aspects of healthcare since 1991. I Started out working with Young Adults with TBI and SCI injuries. I've run Alzheimer's Homes in the valley. From there I went into Hospital work as a CNA on Ortho, Med Surg, Tele, Oncology, Mental/Behavioral Health, Drug Addiction. Looking for more excitement I transferred into The Operating Room and worked as an Operating Room Assistant and later an Anesthesia Tech. Excitement got a little overwhelming so I learned to read Telemetry and was in charge of 60 plus people in the hospital on different floors. After 7 years there I left and started at Craig Hospital one of the Best rehab facilities in the country maybe the world. I was there for 13 years working with Major Brain injuries and Spinal cord injuries. In this time I became VERY proficient at working SCI & TBI. I'm a very good teacher which was part of my job educating family members so they could bring their loved ones home. I also have a VERY good understanding of TBI patients and spent Eight years working One On One with these individuals Relearning EVERY aspect of their lives again. Again, Educating family was a huge part of this job. I have tremendous experience and Impeccable references! In Twenty plus years in healthcare I've NEVER had a complaint against my license or inadvertently hurt ANY of my patients. Safety has always been my number ONE concern. I've received many awards for excellence in my years and go the extra mile to make sure my job was completed and my patients are comfortable and relaxed. After all we're here for them! I have a great personality and I'm VERY trust worthy. Im a man of my word. I work equally well with Men and Woman. My hearts in the right place. I'd love the opportunity to help you and your family member through difficult times. If you have any questions, Please feel free to inquire Thank You for stopping by! Have a Blessed day! I like helping people . One day I am going to get old and I hope someone takes care of me as well as I have taken care of people in the pass. I am a firm believer that if you are good to people ,people will be good to you. I am very good at what I do and like doing this type of work. I have been doing this kind of work for over 25 years. I am 57 years old and also certified. I am very dependable. Also very flexible, I am not married and don't have kids. I am also willing to go out of town if it is a good fit for me. Also have my own car so transportation will not be a problem. All I ask for is a chance I know you will like me and my work.

What makes me a great caregiver/cna that it comes from my heart .What attracted me to becoming a caregiver/cna was when i became my mother's full time caregiver.I didn't realize how much of a difference one can be that truly cares .I rejoice on putting a smile on someone and giving them care and love.I have accomplished alot in life but one of my great achievements has been being able to help my Mother and be there for her the 7 years she needed me.

I have had the deepest pleasure of being a Certified Nursing Assistant for the last two years. Caring for those who cannot care for themselves is not only humbling, but it brings me such joy to know I'm allowed to be there for ups and downs that come along with the journey of life. I have had the opportunity of working with many different levels of capabilities in patients, which has made me mold-able and prepared for most situations. I'm a quick learner and the comfort of my patients is always my first priority. Along with my Nurses Aide Certificate, I also have my BLS and CPI certificates.
I became a care giver long before I knew I was one, I love taking care of others it has become natural for me to be compassionate and caring without fail. I have had many wins in this line of work that I do ,I can't say that one achievement stands out more than others but I will say that my heart is in the right place ,and my patients are always pleased with me .

Hello, My name is been ChristinaSuarez. I am 34 years old, married with 3 girls. I have been in the medical field for 13 years now. I have my Medical Assistant diploma. I have been a caregiver for 6 years now. I became a caregiver in June of 2012. I was my father's caregiver for 4 years before he passed away in early 2016. As time passed on I new that caregiving was my calling. I went back to work as a caregiver. I love being a caregiver for the simple fact that I don't see it as a job I see it as a career and that I am helping others in all that they need and also helping their families in a time of need. I love to help in anyway I can. I believe I'm a great caregiver cause I put my heart and soul into my work and I love too see others happy. Another thing that makes me a great caregiver is that I can relate to somethings that families are going through and I can also help them get through the hard times. I would say that my personal achievements have been graduating high school, getting my Medical Assistant diploma, becoming my dad's caregiver and also finding my calling in life which was being a Caregiver. I hope I can be a caregiver for your family one day.
