Compassion and diligence are two things that I pride myself in when referring to my role as a nurse. Being a caregiver comes naturally as I am a mother and nursing was something I always wanted to pursue. Improving someones quality of life gives me a sense of fulfillment that is unlike any other profession.

I am always on time. I am very compassionate, I have a powerful desire to help people. Always 100% dedicated to helping my residents/clients. I take my time to find out the exact needs of all residents. I have empathy to get to know all my residents to get a close bond. What attracted me to be a caregiver is when my grandmother got very sick and I was the only one willing to help her for 2 years. I got really into it and enjoyed what I did. I realized I didn't want to just help my grandmother I wanted to help other people as well. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is the bond I make with each resident and knowing they're getting the proper care when I help them, and providing them with a happy and comfortable life. The personal achievements I'm most proud of is knowing my family and other families appreciates my help and kindness when leaving me with their beloved ones. Also, learning how to help each resident with their different health problems or diseases.

I have over 20 years of healthcare experience gregarious and kind in all walks of life!!! I've been a CNA, a home health aide and I have training in the Butte college RN program with 75% of the program completed. I am knowledgeable, compassionate and skilled!! I am a great caregiver because I show compassion, I care a lot, I treat all my patients/residents with respect and treat them the way they'd like to be treated. I am very patient, caring, a great team worker but can also handle a lot on my own as well! I love what I do and I love and care for all of my residents.
