I would often be at home caring for my Grand father and my mom after observing me (who is also a Cna) recommended me to go into this work. One of my best qualities would be empathy which is why enjoy home care. I like to feel what the patient feels beyond words and discern the little things about them. This creates a better atmosphere of care for me and the patient. I also like to provide a environment of peace, harmony, and reliability. One of my best achievement would be to have 4-5 years of experience without any record of malpractice or misconduct towards a patients.

I am a great care giver because it is a calling to care for other's. And i did it because i treat other client like i treat my mom or significant others. When i took a client that are sick and difficult and i succesfully take care of them and watch them getting better, that made me happy and feel accomplish .

I became a care giver because I want to help people. When It comes to a career why wouldn't you do something that would befit someone else, especially someone in need. I not only like but I love seeing the smile on my patients faces, and I love building that trust and companionship between us. it is something so wonderful and just amazing I have many achievements, the biggest ones are learning about human beings , where they where and where they are now. but is your talking about career work wise, I am proud that I am a nursing student and will one day be a RN to further my ability to help someone in need I am a nursing student on to becoming a RN, I love sports and love spending time with friends and family. My name is Kaitlynn Rangel. I am happily married for 3 years now. I Am 24 years old working as a coordinator at a mental health detox center. I hold another job as a med tech at a assisted living facility. My passion is to care for people and to make sure they are safe and taken care of. I am Very understanding and patient. A great sense of humor and always wanting to lift someone up.

My age and 14+ years of experience has provided me with opportunities to seek the needs of each client After my dad passed from a stroke and then 5 years later my mother passing I experienced a total change of heart. I witnessed the love , compassion and professionalism of all the care givers; From the doctors ,through all the variety of nurses , to home care and hospice. I felt an overwhelming desire to start giving back to society This was a move of God . I went back to college and became a Certified Nursing Assistant level 2 What I enjoy most about my work is the relationship that is created with my client. My rewards come from accomplishing my duties and we are both pleased. Sharing the joy of my client when she overcomes moments of depression or loneliness. A moment that I dearly remember is when we were scheduled to go grocery shopping and she had minimal food for dinner. She wasn't feeling up to going out As God provides, I had cooked a chicken with vegetables at home for my dinner the next day I brought the whole pot with me that afternoon because I was running late. So we shared a beautiful meal together!

What makes me a great caregiver is I have extensive hands-on experience and I enjoy what I do. That's the reason I decided to go back to school for nursing so I can help my elderly patients even more. I enjoy being a caregiver because, you never know what the next day holds for you. Most people enjoy having to wake up to do the exact same thing everyday I don't. With elderly patients they wake up with a different agenda everyday which makes working with them exciting. Hearing their stories and how things where when they were teens are so interesting. What made me decide to become a caregiver in the first place, was the fact that I was raised by my grandparents. I've always been around the elderly and that's all I pretty much know is to take care of them and love them. It takes a caring and patient person to work with elderly patients and I'm the right person for that.
