Throughout the years, it has been a blessing to work with families by helping them with their loved ones. One of the main reasons I continue to be a caregiver because I love seeing how God has put me in a position to work through me to care for others. From the age of 12 My Grandmother suffered from many illnesses ( Diabetes, Dementia, and Alzheimer's along with Several Strokes). Growing up in a family oriented environment I felt it was my duty to help/assist her. Every since then I knew that this was the field I wanted to pursue my career in. Bringing joy and smiles to my client's faces while still providing professional and loving care. Being able to give those in need excellent care and professional services. I'm recently married and just relocated from Michigan to Georgia I'm a very loving and outgoing People's person who loves life. I love achieving the goals I set and I'm always striving to do better. Ever since i was young i knew i wanted a career in a field where i am able to help people and nursing is it! I love the ability to connect with each and every individual i come across on so many different levels . I have more than 18years of patient care experience 13 of which was full time elderly care. I have about the same amount of time in home care with the elderly. I also have done care in a hospital setting. I believe I am great caregiver as I am passionate about the care thats is given to my clients/patient. 1. My mother was diagnosed with MS, it was very painful watching her lose her independent, a woman full of wisdom and strength. She lived with it for 10 years and i was with her through out her ill period taking care of her. It wasn't easy for her but being there for her was a big healing on it own and it gave me joy being there for her and making sure she was comfortable at all times. After my mother went to be with the lord, i pledged to get trained professional, in other to help others that may need my help. 2. The interaction and being able to know that at the end of the day that i am able to help and save ones life. 3. I went to University and graduated with Bachelor degree in Healthcare Management and minor in Business Admin. 4. I am humble, energetic,loving, caring, motivator, listener, God fearing and i have passion in what i do.
I am very caring, attentive, empathetic and a professional at what I do. I have 14 years experience and have worked with hospice, home care and skilled nursing in my many years as a certified nursing assistant.
