Hello, I'm Elizabeth McKittrick. I'm married with 2 children. I enjoy doing home care because I feel it is a more personal relationship with someone. I love taking care of people. I'm experienced in many different settings with a variety of patients. I'm experienced in taking care of special needs clients, Alzheimer and Dementia patients, as well as patients with Parkinson's patients. Most recently, I have worked with patients with mental health challenges. I am easy to get along with, I adapt easily to each patient and meeting their needs while respecting their home. I am CPR certified and have had license and training as a CNA. I did let my license expire as I was a stay at home mom to my children. I am Certified nursing assistant providing care to kids and adults for the past 14 years. I've worked in nursing homes, home care., assisted living and hospitals I am also CPR certified. I am patient, fun, loyal and reliable.

My initial interest in caregiving began when I started caring for my Grandmother who was diagnosed with cervical cancer in 1987. I saw the difference it made in her life to have someone available and willing to help her with the things that most of us are able to take care of ourselves. We take for granted every day that we are healthy and able to perform these tasks. It is a blessing to have someone who is available to help us with these things when we are no longer able to do them. In my time as a caregiver, I feel that I have seen and helped with everything from the most basic needs to the most complex. There isn't much that scares me. I am easily able to let difficulties with even the most challenging clients slide right off my back. I have thick skin and I am not easily offended. When I accepted the position with Visiting Angels back in 2011, not only was I able to supervise a crew of approximately 65 caregivers but I had the opportunity to occasionally assist with filling in for those caregivers in the event of an emergency. Since moving here to Florida in late 2015 I have not had the opportunity to work directly with clients since my work now is mostly computer and phone related supervisory duties, remotely from home. I miss the hands on care and the one on one relationships that are formed when caregiving. I am very interested in helping to supplement my income while making a difference in someone else's life. Now that we have moved back to the Greenville, SC area, I am ready to get started!

I'm not Just a Caregiver it is my Passion and Calling I Love Ppl and will do whatever it takes to make sure they have the proper care. I believe in going beyond the call of Duty to make sure the clients and families are Satisfied, I started when I was 12 yrs old taking care of my neighbor that had surgery, she had know family and I would go everyday after school to make sure she was ok. I always found myself reaching out to help someone I Love children I had a baby that was left in my store and I adopted him. He was 6 mos old and Now 30 a very find Young Man, I have raised many of children..

I have 23 years of experience as a certified nursing assistant. I am certified. I love taking care of people it has always been a passion of mine. I always go above and beyond to make sure my residents are very well taken care of.

What makes me a great caregiver is the fact that I treat the person that I am caring for like a member of my family, with love,kindness and compassion. I have years of experience taking care of people whether they are young or old and I have always helped people especially older people. I really enjoy making a difference in someone's life and making their day a little bit better and that is where my joy comes in.

I'm a great caregiver because I'm kind and compassionate I'll go above and beyond for my clients or residents .my mema was diagnosed with copd and congested heart failure I had become her caregiver to take care of her and I realized that it was passion . I enjoy helping people thay can't or aren't able to take care themselves just being able to do something good for someone else and make there lives a little less hard. I'm proud of being able to get my cna certification and being able to help others it's one of my greatest accomplishments
