Working in a rehabilitation hospital has showed me a side of myself I have grown to love. I really enjoy helping others and understand that their needs are very important. I have learned it is hard for him or her due to the lack of independence, so I am here to provide comfort and encouragement to let them it's ok for a little help. I am a 30year old women who has had a heart for helping others for as long as i can remember. When I was growing up, I had to help my grandmother with my grandfather who had Alzheimer's. Growing up in that environment I got to meet amazing care givers and some really bad ones. The bad ones are what drove me to this life. I wanted to help people who may not always be able to help them self and do it with love & dignity and respect. I enjoy meeting new people and just helping them get through the day, The look on their face to know that you are there to help them even when they don't always want you there is everything to me because in the end, they appreciate you. I am just an all-around people person with an outgoing personality but have a small shy trait as well. I am always willing to help however i can if i can. Honestly for me my biggest personal achievement has been that i have never giving up on my goal of school it has been a really slow road but i am still pushing alone through loss of family, health concerns I keep going and who me raising my 2 boys.

Hello! I've been a caregiver since I was about 10 my parents were very little when they got polio, their health started declining and I had to step up and help them bathe,dress,feed and give them their medicine while I was going to school and still to this day. It's becoming a passion of mine because I want to be able to help and care for those who need it. I'm very easy going and down to earth and I'm also very organized!
