Hello, I am Melinda and I just love helping people in need. I am very thorough with my duties, I am friendly and a definite people person. I have 7 years of 24hr caregiving. I have been caring for a gentleman that had a brain aneurism. I fix him wonderful breakfast, lunch and dinner. I wash all his clothes, take him to drs appointments, make his bed. I am a single mother of 2 amazing girls, 7 & 14. I recently moved back home to Rockport TX to be closer to my parents and family after being in the DFW Metroplex the past 20 years. My biggest passion in life is spending time and caring for the elderly, after all they really do deserve nothing but the absolute BEST at this day and age.

I am 25 years old a very hard worker dedicated to my job. Caring for people and helping them is something that makes me feel good which is why I chose this career. I watched my grandmother go through so much and being able to help her over come her obstacles is the reason I want to help others.

My name is Kathleen and I have been caring for infants and adults for over 10 years. After graduating High School, my grandmother became ill and needed a full time caregiver. I wasn't sure how I would do but it didn't take long to realize I enjoyed taking care of others. Soon after my children were born I began working at a daycare, so that I would be able to take my children with me to work. I enjoyed taking care of infants and toddlers, but as my children got older and started school full time I decided to apply at an assisted living facility. After working there about 6 months I decided this would be my career path. I took an accredited course to become a certified nurses aide and began working at a skilled nursing facility. I have heard so many memories and stories from my sweet residents, and the joy on their faces make me feel like I am making a difference.

Through all my years I learned how to be a caregiver! I enjoy working as a care giver! My job become priority duties! Make sure daily activities for my client, make sure my family comfortable take care of there love one

I first became a caregiver when my mother was sick with Lymphoma. I love to cook and clean and have a heart for helping people in need, so caregiving became the perfect job for me. I am patient and understanding and take great pride in encouraging and helping people reach their potential for a more comfortable day to day living. I also have experience working with clients with cognitive disabilities and other mental health illness. I have a bachelor's degree in Biology and work full time as a Laboratory Scientist running diagnostics testing for patients. I still work as a part time caregiver because of my passion for helping others.

I would not say I'm a great caregiver because there's always someone that's going to be better, but I would like to say I would like to know more about my patient make sure they are safe from anything comfortable with something. I love doing this because I would like someone to come take care of me and make sure I'm safe and in good hands
