I have and continue to be passionate about caring for people and feel very blessed to have this as my career. A personal achievement I am most proud of is my volunteer work at Scottish Rite Children's Hospital where I was assigned to the Oncology Unit and working just to make the children on that unit love, play, or do artwork taught me how precious life is and how even the smallest kindness matters more than we know.

I love working for others, providing the necessary care to improve the quality of life for my clients, I' am very patient, I' am a good listener, I communicate affectively, I' am a quick thinker, problem solver, and very caring. I became a caregiver to help others during a very delicate time. It is not always easy to ask for help, or receive help from anyone. This is what drives me to help others. To help them feel comfortable and cared for. I enjoy making others happy. A personal achievement I' am proud is returning to school part time to receive a social work degree.

My experience is compromised of nearly 20 years providing excellent care in various settings such as hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities group homes and private residential homes. I am 57 years old and also certified. I am very dependable. Also very flexible, I am not married and don't have kids. I am also willing to go out of town if it is a good fit for me. I'm a licensed healthcare insurance broker in 15+ states.Taking care of family is hereditary. I used to care for my grandmother before her passing. I was by her side EVERY step of the way. She was my light. I would have to say being her rock has been my greatest accomplishment . It has always been my passion to care for individuals that can't quite care for themselves.
