I have tremendous empathy, patience and respect for each client. I treat each one as I do my father, whom I have been caring for the last 7years.Before caregiving, I managed restaurants for 23 years. I have ALWAYS been a customer service focused person. I wanted to make a change that fulfilled my heart. The thing I enjoy most about my job is assisting people with retaining their independence and self respect, even with a disability. Everyone needs to feel productive, like they contribute. The personal achievement that I am most proud of is that in the last year I have gotten my dad into the best mental, nutritional health that he has been in in the last 30 years.

I have been a caregiver for 8yrs i love helping the elderly have a big heart for it. I went to cna school as well. . I enjoy talking to elderly and making a difference in their life. Being a Caregiver is really natural for me. I have 3 years of CNA work experience . That was my first job after H.S and loved it! Hi, my name is Erin, and I was inspired to care for the elderly eleven years ago as I witnessed my great-grandmother age. She was an amazing woman and a great influence on my life. At 92 years of age, grandma started needing round the clock care. We tried several skilled nursing facilities and quickly noted that given their staff to patient ratios, Grandma was not getting the attention she needed. This lead our family to look into in-home care. I saw what how important a quality caregiver is to client's health. I knew I wanted to be the have the same positive impact on someone's life. Shortly after my grandmother passed, I embarked on my career working with the elderly. I provide services that allow seniors to stay in their homes. This includes but is not limited to bathing, dressing, medicine assistance, meal preparation, dementia care (Alzheimer, Parkinson's, Lewy Body, etc.), diabetes care, physical therapy, transportation to and from appointments, and Hospice care. I have reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and am licensed and insured. I have excellent references from local families.
