I have always been close to my elderly family as a young child .As I got older I would volunteer with my friends family to help them and I took care of my Uncle Rudy after his stroke .This is when I New my next calling after his passing was to continue to help the Senior in my community as I have now for HISC for going on 5 yrs.I am very compassionate and they come first,Family's have asked for me by name after having me once they ask for me to be their care giver. And just moved in with my oldest daughter here in Jackson ,She just recently became a widow and asked me to live up here with her .

I have a Maters of Education in Special Education and am a retired Special Education teacher. I understand the dynamics and stress and strain of being a caretaker for your parents because I have been there. I worked in this field for over 19 years, it started with my nephew who is mentally disabled and needing full-time care. I moved on to getting certified CNA working with the disabled and elderly in a Convalescent Hospital. After my third child I moved on to private care which I still am currently doing.
