Hello! My name is Michelle. I began my journey as an in home provider in the early 90's due to a friend who needed assistance and couldn't find help. After weeks of researching and discovering what is involved, I decided to try my hand at it. Boy, am I glad I did, one of the best decisions I've made! I enjoy learning my clients and listening to the many stories that come from each and every one. I can not begin to explain how the words of wisdom that I have received over the years have been quite helpful in some of my life decisions. I love what I do and my greatest achievement is seeing the smile on my clients face when I walk in the door.

I have been an STNA/caregiver for 19 years! I have cared for patients in nursing facilities, hospitals, and their homes. I lead with love and enjoy serving seniors in any way that they may need.

I have always know I wanted to be in the Healthcare field; since I was a little girl. I also love helping people. I love making people feel good. Spending time with my clients. I try to have good relationships with my clients. I enjoy spending time with them; getting to know them and helping them. What is a personal achievement you are proud of? Getting my degree! I worked long and hard to earn it!

I'm a great caregiver because I'm a reliable, trustworthy, dedicated to my clients and their needs. What attracted me to being a caregiver is my grandfather not getting the proper care when I was younger and to see your loved ones not to be treated or get the right care when they can't do for themselves made me want to step up and get into the field to help out the elderly and disabled generation on their daily needs and activities. I enjoy the most helping out the older generation that cannot do for themselves and being able to assist with their daily routines!

As an STNA I am trained and have experience in assisting patients with their activities of daily living. These activities often include restroom assistance, bathing and dressing, hygiene, meal preparation, medication reminders, and more. I am open and willing to working with all ages.

What makes me a great care giver is that I'm passionate about helping the elderly and it makes me happy to help other cause we all need help on our own way.
