I am a Devoted caregiver competent in residential homes and in home care. I have resisted in Caregiving for six years. Along with medication Aide for two years. Abounding experience in ministering comfort and care for elderly. Expert knowledge of all care level within caregiver procedure and properly distributing medication. Skillful knowledge of private caregiving practices. Great ability to provide housekeeping and meal preparation.

In addition to the regular requirements of of a caregiver, I'm very hard working, I'm cheerful, compassionate and have extremely good creative skills in the arts and I would include cooking as an art. I like to go the extra mile and do little things that sometimes can make all the difference. For instance, putting towels in the dryer so they're nice and warm after a shower, or making sure that meals are served garnished and attractive. It's rewarding to help someone and cheer them up, see them smile ! I enjoy the variety and working with people one on one, and I enjoy working in their homes. I think the overall achievement of working with many people since 2012 is what I'm proud of. I do enjoy making them smile and laugh and taking them out of their troubles at least for a little while, while performing tasks in their home that need to be done. I do not do transfers .This means the person must be totally ambulatory. I cannot help them get up from a chair or get out of bed, nor can I reposition someone in bed. But, I do everything else. Available full time. except Friday afternoon. I can also do weekend, 24/7 shifts or long weeks 24/7.

I love to be able to make a difference in peoples life. I love to be able to talk and help someone who is in need of it even when there not. Life is about compassion and vulnerability and I'm always here to help.

I come from a family of individuals who have dedicated their life to the bettering of less fortunate individuals. A mother who has worked with mentally handicapped children for over 20 years, an aunt and uncle who currently care for and assist mentally handicapped adults, and a cousin who also works with elderly persons to better their standards of living and independence. This instilled in me a sense of compassion for those who cannot care for themselves, and motivated me to join them in this mission. My favorite part about being a caregiver, has been those times when I was able to help share an experience with someone who otherwise may have never been able to enjoy it again in their lifetime. I also enjoy gaining insight from the wisdom that my clients have obtained over the course of decades before me. I especially am drawn to persons who have served in the armed forces, and lived through some of the roughest times in world history. They are the true hero's in this life, and often don't get the attention they deserve. While I recognize that certain tasks involve some level of discomfort for many individuals, such as bathing and even simply inviting a stranger into ones home, I have become accustomed to these struggles, and have learned how to minimize that apprehension, while still maintaining the clients decency and feeling of privacy. My goal is to provide the support needed to give back whatever the client feels they have lost, and give peace of mind to family, knowing that their loved ones are safe even when they cannot be there for them.

I have worked in nursing homes, assisting living facilities and pharmacies helping with Dementia and Alzheimer's patients. I have experience with medication management. I have been in the heath field for 20 years. I am a very compassionate and patient 47 year old woman. I enjoy being a companion of a patient. I can help with housekeeping, groceries and walks. I am passionate about healthy cooking. As a personal trainer, I enjoy working with the elderly to maintain or improve their quality of life.

Hi I'm Cassidy! I fell in love with being a caregiver at my first job after graduating high school in 2016 working for a personal care home where I gained experience in many areas. Such as, dementia, diabetes, alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and many more. After a year and a half of working at this home, I was promoted to supervisor and was trained to be a medication administrator. To me, a great caregiver has a big heart, is compassionate, patient and understanding and I think that's what makes me great at what I do.

I'm a compassionate, kind and friendly person. I always want to make a difference in someone's life. I took great care of my grandparents and I experience first hand the happiness I felt so I continue working as a caregiver after they passed. I love getting to know and serve a lot of people from different backgrounds. As I help them I also get trained to improve my professional level of service. Lots of accomplishments, all my patients I took care of mostly bedbounds never had a bedsore. And I am proud of that I feel I am doing my job right. Those that refuse eat I have a way of distracting them and engaging with them that makes them forget their worries and eventually do what they refuse to do.
