I've also been a manager for most of my years making sure that everyone is treat fairly. I am a kind, giving and understanding person as I believe everyone should treat people the way they would like to be treated.

What makes me a great caregiver is who I am. I love working with elderly people. I love and enjoy helping others when needed. I am very patient and caring. Caring for a family member of mines made me want to start helping other people. I enjoy seeing elderly people happy. Doing the little things they need done really do excite them and to see them happy really makes my day. I am proud of who I became and what I do.

Hey I'm Cassidy I'm 20 years old I previously worked for a nursing home where I loved to be I started off volunteering there when I was in high school then was offered a care giving job. I'm a very out going, loving and caring person I hope to continue my care career further and become a nurse!

I love people, especially caring for the elderly. I'm patient with them and sensitive to their needs.

My passion for helping others really started when my brother was diagnosed with Mercer and caused him to be paralyzed from the chest down. I also have a grandma with Alzheimer's and have helped my mother care for her. I love to spend time with people and enjoy helping others.

I am a selfless, patient, kind, dependable caregiver. I have compassion for people. I have a passion to help others. I also, love people and when there is a need I love to fill it.

I enjoy caring for others. I worked at my mothers daycare from the age of 14 and after I had my own children, in every aspect of the facility. I have cared for 2 elderly ladies, the latest, for almost 3 years. I am very nurturing, caring and patient. I am most proud of my ability to study and go online to find the source of something that was bothering her. I even diagnosed a condition she had due to her blindness, called Charles Bonnet Syndrome. I found a support group and connected her with a man who suffered the same syndrome and they became phone pals, talking weekly. This gave her such joy as she lived to be 96 and all of her friends had passed. When she had other issues, I'd go online and find out what we needed to adjust in her diet or use in bathing her to alleviate her discomfort. She was very appreciative and said I always was the one who would go extra lengths to make her comfortable.

I have over 15+ years caring for the elderly and those with disabilities. I understand and embrace the importance of having patience and compassion for the state of my patient's mental and physical status. I enjoy placing myself in the position to motivate and stimulate my clients with positive energy to help those hard days and promote long lasting good days. With knowing and experiencing Dementia on many different levels, I do understand the importance of knowing how to adapt and/or redirect stressful situations. I enjoy what I do.
