Hello I'm Carelle and I'd be delighted to work with you. I love helping people and give them a sense of dignity. My passion and love for care giving came from my uncle. He had an accident and was tetraplegic. He couldn't do the simplest task he used to do like brushing his teeth or grooming his beard or even eat. It was really difficult for him in the beginning and we had to step in and help him adjust through the new phase of his life. Through adequate care, listening to him and making sure he felt loved, valued and worthy despite his situation, we created an environment in which he could still feel he mattered. And for that I'm proud. And these are the same values that I apply when I work.

I'm kind, have empathy and patience. I started out by taking care of my mother. I enjoy adding joy to someone's day. I took care of a couple in their home and was able to fulfill their wishes of staying in their home together until they passed.

I have experience and right training. I use to work in the hospital as a cook for patients when I was in Minnesota and from there I start caring more and more for the patients even though I am just making food but it's beyond making food, I am making a difference in their daily lives and that's when I decided to become a care giver and I love helping people from young to elderly. it's some thing that I am proud of doing.

I have really good communication skills and I'm really good at being patience with elders. I have a lot experience working in the PCA and CNA field, I've been in it for over two years about three years now. I really just enjoy getting to know elder people and getting really close to know and having a good connection with them. I'm a great caregiver because I am very patient and a warm-hearted person, I always make sure my patient/resident is safe and that they are happy with their service. I started working as a caregiver really young at 15 with my great grandmother she was a diabetic and had Alzheimer's. After she passed away it made me realize that I loved my job and that I'd be a great caregiver. One of my personal biggest achievements was moving out of my parents house right after graduation into my own place.

**PLEASE READ**I have a regular 9-5 so I am only fully available on the weekends. I have a short window of 2hrs if in the Saint Paul area on the weekends and late evenings for 2hrs. I am skilled in many areas starting off in administration. I have done personal care for nursing facilities, as well as private clients. My expertise are as follows: Caregiver, home healthcare, hospice companion care, Alzheimer's and dementia specified. Providing genuine concern and care for my clients is a passion and hobby.
