PLEASE READ AND LOOK AT MY PROFILE FIRST!!! I have been a private in home caregiver for over 20 years. I became a caregiver because people get so overwhelmed taking care of loved ones and that is where I come in. I love the interaction, the closeness and the level of respect I can give as an outsider. I have plenty of references just ask! I am skilled with Medicare and all insurance and DME companies to get supplies so patients don't have to pay out of pocket. I also am capable of getting everything my patients need to stay home. I work very closely with doctors and agencies to get care that is needed. My patients become family and I take care of them as such. I have worked with loved ones that have Alzheimer's, Dementia, ALS, and everything in between. I am very good at my job and I do very much take a lot of stress off the family members. I know that my hourly rate looks high but once taxes are taken and the price of gas for travel, it really averages out and you would pay a service the same thing and not get the same care at all! I am very good at my job and care deeply for the people I take care and treat them as I would my own. I not only can do the health aspect part of the job but I will also help cooking and cleaning. I can take you where you need to go or just run errands for you. My references will tell you that if you just contact me. You may call or text me anytime. 301-992-0370 Thank you so much for looking! Have a blessed day! God is Good All The Time!! I have been responding to messages but I am not sure people are getting them. If you are not, please call me!!!

I started as a CNA info 1994 working in a nursing home and the hospital. I went into this profession because i want to take care of people that can not take care of themselves and their families are unable to. I am very compassionate about the work that I do. The people that I have taken care of over the years i have treated with the same respect and dignity that i would want for my family. I love what I do and get great pressure taking care of others.
I am a respectful , trustworthy person with a up beat personality . I have a particular essence that just sets in when I am around our elders . I feel that it is a privilege to have my ability and compassion to help and work with them . My goal is to bring our elders to the highest level of care that is possible , leaving them feeling safe and comfortable in their homes .
I became a Caregiver because after working over 19 years in custumer service/sales, I wanted to do something that would allow me to give back to society instead of taking from it. I wanted to offer my help to those who needed it the most. The best thing about being a caregiver is seeing the smiles on my client's faces when I come in to work or picking up the phone and hearing them on the other end asking how was my day when I was off from work. I enjoy taking my client's new places and introducing them to new things; such as, the zoo, amusement parks, museums, and even swimming. My personal achievement is meeting my husband, who has taught me financial stability that has allowed me to get a new home on 1/2 acre of land, a new car, and my first cruise. I enjoy meeting new people and helping those in need. I believe that we should "pay it forward" without looking for anything in return, because I know that God will bless me as I bless others. I am VA Med Ceritified and CPR/First Aid Certified.
I am an honest, reliable, respectable nursing student trying to use my certified nursing assistant skills to improve the lives of those around me. A person's quality of life is important to improve or maintain, as this serves as the basis for their mental health. I strive to provide proper care and provide emotional support to each and every individual that I encounter. I am familiar with the nursing environment as I was a C.N.A. for over a year on the Palliative/Renal/Oncology unit at Meritus Medical Center. I have knowledge and experience with caring for those with Parkinsons, ALS, Alzheimers/dementia, depression, substance use disorders, mobility limitations and paralysis, post-surgical needs, disorders of varying systems, and much more. Not only do I have knowledge and experience from being a C.N.A., I am also a junior in the Shepherd University Nursing program. I will graduate in May 2020 with my B.S.N. Although I cannot complete the actions of a nurse without the supervision of my instructor, I have the knowledge base to improve patient care further and to ensure tasks are being completed properly. Home health is my ultimate goal upon graduating nursing school so I know that I will do a phenomenal job caring for your individual. I truly enjoy the connection and satisfaction that comes with caring for those who need it. The money that is received is just a bonus to the job. Let me help reduce your caregiver strain today, I promise that you will not be disappointed. -I have a vehicle. Contact me today!
I believe I am a great caregiver because I genuinely enjoy helping people, it is very rewarding for me. I was born and raised in Sierra Leone west African. I am compassionate, honest and love what I do. I like helping people, and have a big heart. What attract me to be a caregiver was that, my father was so sick , proper care was not given to him I watched him died because there was nothing I could do then. Since then I took it upon myself to help the senior citizens. But I enjoy it must when am appreciated for what am doing, because no amount of money is enough for what we do as caregivers, is not all about the money.
