To be a good caregiver, you need to first have the compassion and the skills for the job. I became a caregiver when my grandparents became ill, I decided that I wanted to become a CNA , so I enrolled in the class, completed and passed the class, became board certified for MS and AL and have been doing caregiver and CNA work since. I enjoy assisting the elderly, in any way I can to make they get the help that is needed on a daily basis.

I'm a mother to a 4 month old son, who I adore dearly. I am a very caring individual easily relatable. I wanted to become a care giver because I watched my great grandmother and great grandfather be taken care of by wonderful and loving people. I enjoy most being able to listen to the individual that I care for or even just being able to help them where they lack. I'm personally proud to have received my certification to work with children and my CPR certification, and look to continue my education in such fields.

Hello, my name is Dana Franks I have been doing home health/caregiver works since 2010. I currently graduated from Wings Healthcare Training for my CNA/LTC license. I enjoy working in this field because its my passion and calling to help others and to show how life is so amazing to have someone there to help you in anyway possible no matter what it may be, I'm proud of my accomplishments throughout my life and who I am which is a mother, and a person who loves to help other's whether its making them a hot meal, or talking to them to make their day a little better. I'm so blessed to be able to care so much and to be able to put a smile on the faces of other's I wouldn't change it for anything.

I became interested in becoming a CNA after I graduated because I helped my mother care for my grandmother when I was in high school. I have been a CNA for ten years. I love taking care of elder people. I have been a caregiver, CNA at nursing homes, and also HHA aide. I plan to continue my education by becoming an RN.
