Hi, I'm Stephanie! I became a caregiver to assist my grandmother who was diagnosed with early-onset Alzheimer's disease. Since then, I have assisted other families in the Inland Empire community. Aside from personal services, I have experience with conducting care plans that coordinate with a client's interdisciplinary care and personal goals, while maintaining social integration and companionship. The core service I provide is to ensure the dignity and individuality of each client. With a psychology degree and gerontology certificate, I intend to further my education in obtaining a master's in gerontology and continue to be an advocate for the elderly.

I became a caregiver because I helped care for my grandmother when she was ill and realized this is what I wanted to do. I enjoy being a caregiver because I know I am helping an individual improve their quality of life just by the simple things, cooking, cleaning and companionship. . I am proud of myself for going to school in my thirties to recieve my medical assisting certificate. I am a very outgoing and caring individual, I enjoy spending time with my family, camping and scrapbooking. I enjoy reading and gardening on my spare time.
