I have worked in the nursing field for over 20 yrs. I personally cared for my mother at home for 13 years as she lived with Alzheimer's. I have spent the last five years working in the activities programs of skilled, adult day progtams, memory care, assisted living and independant programs. I enjoy working with these populations and helping people attain their highest level of independence in life.

I became a caregiver because I always wanted to find a career where I could make a difference in someone's life. I have a passion to help people who can't do anything for themselves. What I am proud of is when a client told me, " I am blessed to have you in my life" and make me an acrostic with my name to describe my character. I felt I did something positive in that client's life, which makes me love what I do! I am reliable, dependable and trustworthy.

Hello, My name is Cindy, I am 53 years old, I have 3 beautiful children. 29, 31and 18. I have 3 grandchildren, 9, 16 and 1 years old. I enjoy running, exercise and spending quality time with my family. Im friendly, energetic, and outgoing! I believe that I am a GREAT caregiver. I've worked as a Personal Care Provider, now for 14 years. As an experienced caregiver, I have had the pleasure of assisting the elderly with (ADL) Activities of Daily Living. I have a compassion to care for anyone that is not able to care for themselves. I am a hard working and trustworthy person,i like openness and like to respect and be respected.I love to work with the elderly especially but can pretty much adjust quickly to any situation. Customer service comes first in my list of caregiving. If my client is happy and comfortable then I know I did my job well.

I started volunteering with older adults from the time I was old enough to ride my bike to the local nursing home. I quickly found a heart and passion for serving older adults. I always strive to ensure I provide meaningful care and support elders in living their best lives.
