I am a CNA with in home care experience as well as nursing home experience. I have worked with elderly residents and also the mentally challenged. My favorite part about being a caregiver is helping people maintain a sense of independence as well as being there to lend a helping hand.

I've been a caregiver for a little over 3 years now and i love it. Being around older oeople really inteested me in becoming a caregiver going in and out of hospitals looking at these sick people it drove me to help seniors out alot sometimes all people want is some to talk to and im a very great peoples person im fun and sweet loving honest.

i took the CT CNA course thru my highschool in 2008 so that I could take care of my great grandmother and unfortunately she was moved to n.h to live with my grandfather while I was taking the course but that didn't change my mind about wanting to be a CNA. I absolutely love being a nurse I love taking care of people and building relationships with individuals. I love being someone that my client and their family can rely on. it gives me a sense of accomplishment when I can make someone else happy.
