Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide- 26 years experience, CPR, First Aid, BLS, Certified Medication Aide in GA. I enjoy helping others, I love making a different in someones life and inspiring others to improve on their quality of life. I'm self motivated, reliable, honest, and very organize, with ten years in management and Associate in Business Administration.

I became a caregiver after my brother passed from cancer, the treatment he received in the hospital and the way the nursing staff took care of him had an effect on me and made me want to become a certified nursing assistant to take care of others to give back for my brother, and it's been very rewarding. I love being a can because nothing pleases me more than to please others, I love the fact that I'm close to my patients and their families and they really love and appreciate me for what I do for the ones they love. My accomplishments would be that I enjoy doing what I do, I do my job very well , and I gained much satisfaction just knowing I helped someone and put a smile on their faces and made the families proud of me, I'm very proud of the work I perform. I'm a very compassionate person with a big heart I love to listen to others sometimes its best to listen to what a person has to say and I listen, I'm very caring of others, I respect others as I would want to be respected, I'm a dependable person very responsible and I'm a professional in every way.

1) I became a caregiver because I want to make a difference in people's lives .2) Being a caregiver helped me to be patient and kind , it makes me feels good about myself after accomplishing a days work and knowing that the patient is happy .3) After 24 yrs being a CNA then went back to school and becoming a Medical Assistant , then further myself in becoming a Group Home Assistant Manager I have accomplished a lot in the health field that I always give back to my place of employment or the patient's .4) I am a professional person who takes my job very seriously , I am very professional in all I do . I am very reliable and punctual and I am a team player .

When I was very young I despised dirt and still do till now: I always will wash my hands, handle things that are filthy away from my body, and this made my brothers call me "Doctor in the house". I wanted to be a Medical Doctor but the death of my mom changed my course of life for me. I took care of my dad till old age before he passed, also took care of a friend that was diagnosed with HIV before she passed; I have since 2008 became a certified caregiver in order to walk in my passion despite my degrees in computer science and being an Accountant for some years. Giving care to people that needs help, communicating with them that needs someone to talk to, encouraging hope, and been there when needed is what I love to do.

I am a very dedicated and hardworking individual who has a passion working with the elderly and disabled. I got into the health care field after watching my grandfather pass from dementia. I ended up falling inlove with the health care field mostly patient care and I am working to be a Registered Nurse.

I like the idea of giving back, helping those who can't take care of them selves anymore. I still find myself learning from patients. I've spent most of my life in the building field, home remodeling. I've enjoyed my change of career.

I believe that I am a great care giver because I care about people. And by being a Pastor helper I work with people all the time. I have 15 plus years experience in the field of Nurse Aide.

Most people apply to care for family love ones just to get a check but in my case no I actually love helping other it's a passion being able to see the smile on the someone love one face after you have took some stress away from them and concern know that they actually have someone that really care that is the reason I do this. Understanding the person you are helping also not just going in doing what you want so when it comes to rather if I'm a good fit or if I'm the one yes most definitely because I have that upbeat friendly personality and and will keep mom or dad going.
