I became a Caregiver in 1998 because i enjoy helping others. I enjoy talking to and listening to the awesome stories that clients tell about their life. You began to get to know one another and build a bond. I am currently CPR and First Aid Certified. I have over 20+ years as a CNA.I am currently in school to finish my degree in Education. The personal achievement that I would have to say that I am proud of is the fact that I dropped out of school for LPN because it was a bit too much, but I took a few steps back, regrouped and completed the CNA PROGRAM and now looking forward to registering for the LPN PROGRAM at my local community college...

Helping others is rewarding for me,I'm 58 yrs old I know what it feels like not to have someone to help with your needs. I am a caregiver for over 20 yrs. experience on the job and a Cert. Nurse Asst. for pass 2 yrs. I am proud to say that I complete what ever I start.I am dependable,compassionate and very responsible,but with permanent work restrictions:no pulling,no pushing and no lifting over 10 pounds.

The world is a place with a greater need of love and care. This the reason I became a caregiver because I saw a need and found a solution, which is love. The thing I like most about care-giving is the ability to help someone like my grandfather who has done so much for me. The day I became a mother and wife was a proud personal achievement of mine, know that I am responsible for someone else success and happiness. I have a grandfather who is 93 years old, and have worked with children who have lost or no family. they motivate me to make the world a better place with my actives of service to others. To serve another will feed your soul and promote positiveness into a lost world. I love helping other people in anyway I can no mater what the age or disability.

I have been assisting with caregiving, for my step-mother for over 5 years. My duties are preparing & cooking meals. grppming & bathing. give medication, run errands. Basically help with daily activities. I'm family oriented.I have a big heart & I love to make people smile

I became a care giver back in 2009. I became a care giver because I like to help people. Being able to help someone who can't help you in return is priceless. My personal achievement I am proud of is graduating. I went through a lot growing up and it was a struggle but I graduated on time. I'm 20 and I'll be turning 21 in December. I recently worked for a lady in China Grove, NC. I took care of a 19-year-old with battens disease, who is confined to a wheelchair and has loss of vision. So I understand the Mobility problems. I also cooked and cleaned for them. I also made sure he was taking his medication. I help him with bathing.I help with dressing. I also helped with feeding him.I also do some community work.
