Bring Care Home

My name is Alisha. I am Puerto Rican. I speak, read, and write fluently in Spanish and in English. I am 22 years of age and I have been working in this field for almost 4 years. I Became a Caregiver because I absolutely love helping people and I thought to myself what better a way to help others and bring some joy into there lives then to become a CNA. I love to be able to build a strong and trustworthy relationship with my clients and it makes me happy when they tell me I am the best caregiver they have ever had, they love the fact that I am always smiling, I comfort them, and I go above and beyond my title of a CNA. I love when they tell me I am not only there caregiver but that I have also became part of there family. It brings a lot of joy to my heart to be able to help the elderly in there toughest moments and being able to have them lean on me for anything and everything they need.

I became a caregiver because I love to help others. I love to meet new people and spend time with them. I am a good caregiver because I am very compassionate and patient with others. I have been a home health aide for a year and all of my clients really loved me.

My passion in life is taking care of others and their needs. I enjoy seeing other people happy. If I am able to help someone, and put a smile on their face, I am overjoyed. My heart goes out to people, who need someone else, even if it is just for companionship. My life is fufilled when I know I am doing something for a good reason. I have achieved and developed great and effective interpersonal skills in regards to patience,understanding, and communication when assisting others. I am a young woman who has an extremely huge heart, I can bright up a room with just my smile. I bring life to people who need inspiration. I am dependable,reliable,hard-working, and I am always willing to go the extra mile while maintainging a positive attitude.

Because everyone deserves dignity in life they deserve love compassion cleanliness nutrition and companionship I love caring for the elderly and the disabled I am proud of many achievements everyday a person having a smile when she can not speak knowing another resident always comes out for breakfast knowing something was wrong calling 911 and he is still here and getting stronger everyday I have a disabled daughter and I ran a daycare for disabled children and took care of my terminally ill miss mom and decided to go into health care and became a Cna over 10 years ago and love making a difference in people lives.
