Hello! Thanks for stopping by. I've always loved caregiving, and hope I get the chance to extend some care into the lives of you and your loved ones. Since I was a very young girl when asked what I want to do I've always been able to respond in the same way: I want to help people. I've always been driven to grow and improve. This desire also extends out to the people around me. As a caregiver, I go out of my way to ensure my client's needs are met before that of my own. I try to get to know each person as what they really are: an incredible human being, with a LOT to offer. I always try to learn something from my incounters, no matter how brief the engagement. Hi! My name is Rachael and I live in Northern California. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a minor in Communication. I've worked in the Social Services field for the last 18 years. 5 of those years I worked as a Social Services Aide for the Adult Services Division where I worked one on one with older adults and adults with disabilities. I love working with older adults and making a difference in people's lives is very important to me. I love having fun and joking with clients but I also know when to be serious when I need to be.

I love taking care of people. I loved helping take care of my grandma and volunteering at the nursing home my mom used to work at. it makes me feel good to know im helping someone. I love hearing their stories, taking them on errands, and whatever else they need help with.

I am a great caregiver because of my personality, I am a very upbeat happy person and I have always loved to take care of other people. I have the experience and training necessary, and I am a reliable, honest person.

I have always inherently thrived and found fulfillment in helping others. I enjoy supporting others in reaching their goals and helping them to be successful in their daily lives. I am proud of my determination and strong will to achieve my goals like the 100 lb weight loss I've achieved in the past year. I am also proud of my ability to quickly learn new languages and use that skill to better communicate with others, I am actively into fitness, love smoothies, and my pomeranian. I am proficient in Spanish and ASL :)
