I am a Certified Emergency Medical Tech as well as CNA . I have found many interest in the medical field , that's why I am always looking to broaden and expand my horizon . I have been in the medical filed since 2016 when I came back home from college . I find a lot of interest in helping people whether its kids, elderly or adolescent and middle age . I am a very caring people and I love to help people wether it's the simplest things where as to helping with feeding , clothing , housekeeping , bathing , and just to talk to and do daily activities . I feel everybody needs an companion and deserves one .

I have been an EMT for over 12 years and enjoy helping others. The one on one interaction with the elder population is a rewarding experience. I treat others the way I wish to be treated with respect, kindness and empathy. Personal achievements I am proud of include: caregiving services from afar such as applying and maintaining grants, cancer insurance claims, applying and maintaining financial assistance from organizations or government agencies, healthcare advocate and coach, medical advisor, record keeper, personal assistant and many other acts out of kindness.

I grew up in the health care field with a mother as a nurse. I always was and will be fascinated by the medical field and how the body works and can be healed, both on it's own and by assistance. I have spent 15 years in the 911 system running emergency calls. I have seen all there is to see and treated every type of patient there is to be treated. One the that hit me is that I would pick up patients with home assistance that were negligent and caused in some cases the family to lose their loved one too soon. I want to use my knowledge and experience to provide a higher level of care and to show that their are compassionate people that can understand what it's like to be terminally I'll and not be that way themselves, but by learning through experience and interaction. A personal achievement I suppose I would have to say is that the first year I was a paramedic I was recognized by the state with an award for a Cardiac patient I treated on the ambulance and from being in complete cardiac arrest to going home a week later. I was also given an award by Pafford the first year I worked there called Lifesaver of the Year for the treatment of my patients. It showed me that my belief of treating every patient as if they were my own family paid off.

My name is Kiara Patterson. I am a 29 year old mother of two beautiful children a 12 years old boy & 5 month old baby girl. I grew up in the city of Los Angeles where I went to Locke High School, but didn't finish because of personal reason. I dropped out in 12th grade & obtained my GED. I recently moved to San Bernardino County following the birth of my baby girl. I love playing sports basketball & football which I still play. I currently work part time as an EMT & I am currently in the hiring process with the Los Angeles City Fire Department. I just recently applied to San Bernardino Valley College to start taking courses towards entering in their RN program as I wait to see if I make it through with the Fire Department. Throughout my years of living I have been through & experienced many different circumstances that has prepared & is still preparing for whatever career my future bless me with. I love being able to make others feel like they are still someone special on their worst of days. I want to be able to be that person towards others I would want to show up to my door step when I am in need. So I am here & ready to be there for others if they need me.

Hi my name is Zachary and i have spent the majority of my adult life working either in the back of an ambulance or in an ER. I have the medical knowledge and experience to render great medical assistance but the reason i consider myself a great care giver is because i care. I grew up in a household of medical care providers and was raised to put the needs of others before my own. I have extensive experience and understanding of many different diseases and disabilities and have taken care of family members with behavioral health issues and medical problems for many years and have no problem accommodating my patients unique needs. Hi! My name is Tess, and I am a senior Paramedicine student at the University of New Haven, who is also completing Pre-Nursing coursework at Southern CT State University. I formerly worked 911 services in New Haven County, which is a high-volume, urban system filled with a variety of people with an assortment of needs. I aspire to be an Intensive Care Unit nurse. I am extremely timely, caring, and organized, and am hoping my role as a caregiver will give me a greater chance to connect with people and learn their stories. I am a CT state/nationally certified emergency medical technician, and hold both Basic Life Support/Advanced Life Support certifications.

I have been working in emergency medicine for almost two years now and have seen many cases where families had trouble finding a caregiver who understood what to do when the worst happened. We never want it to happen, and tend to not be prepared. I hope to both help care for your loved one and help you plan for any emergencies that may arise. I am trained to provide emergency care if necessary, and am also ordained as a non-denominational minister. This means I may also give baptisms, reconciliation, and prayers for the sick and dying if requested.
