I am in my late fifties and am an Army Veteran . It makes me reliable. I enjoy the the flexibility in scheduling as a Professional Caregiver. I am also the Dad of a teenage daughter, I am quite proud of that. I have experience caring for a close family member with Alzheimer's and Dementia. My skills set include changing incontinence undergarments, assisting the Care Recipient with getting dressed, grooming and body cleaning. Lifting the Care Recipient out of bed without a Hoyer Lift and placing into a wheelchair. Feeding the Care Recipient, assisting the Care Recipient with walking with the aid of a walker and safety belt. Playing assorted games with Care Recipient to keep them engaged. I am also an experienced Cook and Housekeeper.

Why I became a care giver,is because I'm a giver love to help others and help them enjoy their daily life in the comfort of thier home,it's rewarding to assist with all walks of life to be able to adapt with meeting new clients and there caring family members. While assisting them with daily task.im CPR and first aide certification

My personality traits that help me be a great caregiver is my kindness good heart and helpful ways I'm always a easy going caregiver to get along with and I also have fun with my patients. What attracted me to be a caregiver was my my heart. Ever since I was little I always enjoyed helping people because when it was all said and done I felt good about my choices and that I did good deeds. Hello my name is Brittany Hayes and I have been an caregiver for 4 years. Being passionate about caring for others and also coming from a long line of nurses, I decided to go into the nursing field. So when I graduated high school, I decided to pursue a career in the field of nursing. I enrolled in an online school called Penn Foster Career College, and got my Personal Caregiver aide certificate in 2018.
