I'm a great caregiver because I have a passion for what I do. I am Reliable, and Dependable. When my Dad got diagnosed with Cancer I decided to go back to college to get my RN degree. While taking my prerequisites I decided to take the CNA class even though it was not a prerequisite. While doing my clinicals for CNA that's when I realized that this was my destiny. The thing I enjoy most about being a caregiver is being able to help people remain comfortable inside their own own while preserving their dignity. A personal achievement that I am proud about is that with a lot of hard work and dedication I am an official business onwner on a non medical home care business..

I'm a very caring and patient person. I've assisted my elderly grandparents since 9 years old. Although not knowing it was an actual job, I did it because it was for them. I treat my clients as if they were part of my own family. I started babysitting at 10 from newborn to 10 years old. I enjoy helping others in whatever I'm able to.

I care about helping people and making their day easy. Making sure that I put a smile on peoples life is everything to me. I am very strong woman that never gives up in anything in life.

I have always loved taking care of others. As a youth I spent time in the handicap classroom of my elementary school during my recess. Friends and I would visit assisted living facilities to sing and visit with residents and I have carried on this tradition with my own children. I have a special place in my heart for our elderly. They have such amazing stories and there's so much that we can learn from them. I hate seeing other's eating alone at a restaurant, but most especially elderly. They have my heart and always will.

Helping the elderly is something I enjoy doing. I have been a certified nursing assistant for 9 years. I have 8 active years of CNA experience. I am also experienced in the following areas.... Med tech, Phlebotomist, and CPR. I am currently still serving as a part time CNA (private duty) aside from my full time job.

I am outgoing, have a great personality, enjoy interactions with others, goal oriented, overachiever, discipline in learning, and very optimistic. These traits helped me become an excellent caregiver and helped me create excellent relationships with clients. I became a caregiver because at the time it was just a good opportunity to work. My name is Pilben Williams. I am 54 years old, very responsible person.I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Commerce, major in Accounting, I have a banking background, medical background and caregiving background usually an elderly companion. I love to be a caregiver because I have a compassion of taking care of elderly people. I speak fluent English.I became a caregiver because I used to take care of my grandparents for a long time before. The personal achievement I am proud of is that, all the elderly I took care of before likes me for being a hardworker caregiver. And everytime I took care of my residents, I considered them as like my grandparents.

Having 15 years experience in care giving with Dementia, Alzheimer, Parkinson disease. For a period of 6 years I worked with one family. My services provides personal care for clients, comprising assisting with medication, meal preparation, personal hygiene and specific house hold duties. I also assists clients mobility, helping them with using a cane or walker and transporting to appointments, can manage and maintaining household budget. My hobbies are reading and dancing. I am patient, loving, compassionate and take pride in providing quality service for the client.

I am a very compassionate lady, positive, optimistic, honest, and with well manners very respectful with all types of personalities. I do voluntary job for St Mary's food bank (with my job) and I already gained some practice on the field, helping my elderly parents and ex-mother n~law (cancer). I enjoy the most being there for them, letting know that I am there for them, helping with what they need, example my ex mother n law, loves and smiles, when I am there visiting to eat any meals of the day, my step-dad loves when I go and cook for them over some weekends, my mom, loves me when I am there to take her out shopping. After my divorce, I am very proud to still be in contact with my ex mother n law, since her children can not visit with her, (living here in the area) I feel that I am here for her.

I started working as a part time caregiver year 2001, and didn't stop until then. I love helping people in any circumstances as long as I'm able.
