I have many years experience looking after the elderly and disabled in their homes. I specialize in those living with Alzheimer's Disease, early onset dementia, Parkinson Disease, as well as keeping elders company with walks, playing scrabble, or other activities. Families employ me to assist when needing those extra set of hands to help with everyday things to staying with family members that need hands-on care such as bathing, assistance with dressing as well as companionship and running errands. I own a car with a clean drivers license. I have excellent references. I am a committed, loyal person with sound judgment and high ethics. I have worked with several local home care agencies that require background checks, fingerprints, and all other necessary documents to work as a certified caregiver in the state of CA. I became a caregiver after working as a medical assistant for five years. I decided to become a caregiver to provide quality care to seniors who want to continue to live in their homes. As a caregiver I have continued my education to receive my associates in science degree and am working on my bachelors degree.
