I started giving care at a younger age, taking care of my auntie with a left-sided weakness due to stroke. It was within the family and a non-profit payment job but a rewarding one. I believe giving care is a calling not just a job. I felt a very great joy to be part of her life and assisting her with the rest of my family before her passing. It became part of me and decided to continue to give a helping hands to those who needed it, within my capabilities. You do unto others, as you wish to be done to you.

1: I became a caregiver because I love to help people in any way I can. 2: I don't like I LOVE being a caregiver. I treat everyone that I come in contact with as if they were family to me . 3: I achieved becoming great at what I do and not just good . 4: I am very dedicated and reliable in what I do.

I became a caregiver because I felt it has been my natural calling and many years later I feel the same way. I have always nursed from my heart and seemed to establish a positive relationship with my patients. Feedback from patients reinforced my own gut feeling. I have respect and help to maintain dignity from life to death. My personal achievement is small and simple but huge to me. I made a difference to my patient even if it was only for a moment. I am strong and reassuring to my patients. I am conscience of health, fitness and nutrition.

I became a caregiver because the profession I wanted to become is to be a nurse. I am a great caregiver because I am a compassionate and kind person. I give my more than 100 % excellent care with my clients and they can feel my sincerity and warmth caring for them. Their family have assurance that their loved one's are in good hands when they leave. Working in a hospital setting with different culture diversity, I have learned to know what they need and respect their culture. The patients that I have taken care of loved me for they know that once I am on duty they know that they would be happy and satisfied with their care. I learned how to handle different temperament of elderlies, some are difficult but with good communication skills and explaining to them that the care I am giving them is for their own good and to get a positive result. Being recognized and commended by my co-workers, superiors and families of my patients of how great I worked is rewarding that motivates me more to deliver excellence of what I do. I was awarded as employee of the month in our unit. I am a very caring person and can easily get along with co-workers, patients and their families. Hardworking individual and can get the task done in a timely manner with positive result. Positive attitude and excellent communication skills, very good in following instructions and delivers excellent service.

I have been a certified nursing assistant for about 10 years now, and I love it. my joy is at the end of the day to know that I have been of help to somebody. my grandmother was a nurse and I saw her nurse my great grandmother when she had a stroke and I used to help her with her daily activities and that's when I released that I wanted to do that. Nursing is a part of me . I know that for you to nurse somebody one has to be caring, passionate, patient and above all has to be loving, this qualities have been in me for a very long time. I have three beautiful girls aged 5, 3, and 10 months and they have perfected my skills and qualities. I am also a quick learner, I adhere to the rules and regulations insulted and I am a team player in every way possible. I manage my time accordingly and I don't need supervision to complete my tasks.

I've always had a knack for helping others. I'm the go to person in my life. My friends and family are always calling me for help. I am looking for a night shift position. 10-7 or 11-7. I have worked in the medical field, nursing homes, rehab center, and hospitals for the past 15 years. I enjoy working with people, listening to their stories, make sure they are comfortable. I ran a daycare center for children for 9 years when my children were young. Went back to college in the medical field to expand my career working in hospitals. I worked on a rehab floor and also float to different departments in the hospital.
