What makes me a great caregiver is I am a patient person very empathetic and compassionate towards others also reliable and trustworthy. I knew I wanted to be a caregiver because I love helping others and want to make them all feel equal. The things I enjoy the most is interacting with the clients as talking with them brings out sparks in their eyes. A personal achievement I am proud of is maintaining my 4.0 in my college currently as I am working up to become a nurse.

My name is Loni, I am 22 years old. I am a very loving compassionate person when it comes to taking care and making sure others are well supported. My goal is to always give back to those who are in need and that are in critical life situations and need help copping, as well as needing someone to be there for them. Honestly what pushed me to caregiving is because when i was 11 years old my grandfather had a really bad stroke which caused him to lose feeling one side of his body and he was in very bad shape and he needed all the support we could give, so me as the loving person i am would make sure before school he had everything he needed and i make sure i go home right after school to make sure that he has eaten, bathed, did his exercises and is also in a comfy spot for resting along with my grandma. I enjoy being able to help others get better and live life. My personal achievement that i am proud of is that i was able to be there to help my grandfather regain feeling and strength.

I love people and helping people in need i volunteered at special olympics multiple times and loved it also when on a mission trip to build two hours for those less fortunate i love to cook im good with all ages and get along great with people im a sociable person my music tastes are everywhere lol if considered contact me thanks a bunch

I like being a caregiver because I enjoy the satisfaction in knowing that I helped bring in a positive impact to someone's life other than my own. 3. I am extremely proud that I pursued my dream of working in the healthcare industry as a medical assistant for 5 years, and I have completed a CNA course. 4. I am a loving and outgoing person, I can't help but want to put a smile on someone's face, and promote good habits to be in good health and great spirits.

I received my CNA/ HHA certification and would like to pursue a position in the nursing/caregiving field. I am also certified in first aid and CPR. I have attended skills USA for 2 years and have competed in medical competitions with winning awards and scholarships.

I want to become a caregiver because I feel a personal connection to people and want to help them with all the power I have. My grandfather has been living with my family for the past 10 years and was pretty independent until he had a stroke in 2012. Since then, he has been unable to care for himself and I assist by preparing his meals and coffee, dressing him occasionally, and generally supervising his activities. Knowing that I am contributing to his well being gives me a sense of pride and responsibility. Becoming a caregiver to others would allow me to service others and give me the same sense of pride as I do when I take care of my grandfather.

I became a caregiver because I love caring for others that can not care for themselves. The smile on their faces is overwhelming and makes me feel I have done my job right. I have always enjoyed helping others and putting others first. The best part of being a caregiver is helping others and growing strong relationships with others. A personal achievement I am proud of is being able to help my family take care of my Grandma who has Dementia. I have been a caregiver for 5 years. I worked in a nursing home and I loved every minute of it. I loved the close relationships i gained with a lot of my patients, and also knowing how happy I was able to make them on a day to day basis.
