Looking for a empathetic caregiver near Ward, AR to take care of Grandmother. I am in need of care Monday morning, Monday afternoon, Monday evening, Tuesday morning, Tuesday afternoon, Tuesday evening, Wednesday morning, Wednesday afternoon, Wednesday evening, Thursday morning, Thursday afternoon, Thursday evening, Friday morning, Friday afternoon, and Friday evening. Ideally 25 hours per week of None would start July 10, 2025. The caregiver will be responsible for performing the following: companionship, meal prep, housekeeping, transportation, bathing, grooming, toileting, and transferring & mobility. I'm looking for a compassionate, caring and positive person to sit with my 78 year old mother with alzhiemers two days a week from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
She can dress herself if her clothes are laid out for her, she can find the bathroom with guidance. She tries to stay independent, but with her short term memory loss she needs help. She loves working jigsaw puzzles but now needs help. She enjoys going to Sonic for a cherry limeade in the afternoons. She sometimes has bad days when she feels depressed, so I need someone with who is very understanding, positive and compassionate. She enjoys being outside when the weather is warm and pretty.
