Care is needed days and times to be determined upon hire and caregiver should be able to start on 1/25/24. This job is approximately 4 hours per week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: : transportation ( medical appts; 20 to 40 minutes away), occsasional meal prep (simple meals that are heart healthy), light housekeeping ( dusting, run vacuum, sweep/mop, clean bathroom, change bed linens, wipe down kitchen/dishes), medication reminders ( assist with setting up a weekly pillbox), All applicants will be considered.
