We are in search of an experienced, friendly, and trustworthy live-in companion to simply assist our 38 year-old son in taking his medication once in the morning and once at night. He currently lives in a brand new, 3 bedroom townhome located in Oceanside, CA near Hwy. 76. In exchange for providing light daily companionship and essential medication oversight, light meal prep (1x daily) and basic housekeeping, we are offering a brand new private bedroom and living space for a heavily discounted, rate of $1500 per month (including utilities). The rent has been significantly reduced from local market averages ($3500+) to compensate for the daily companion responsibilities. The applicant can have another job and still complete these care-giving duties with ease. Dedicated and serious applicants only. Background check required.
