Care is needed once weekly would like to talk to the CG and decide. This job is approximately 2hrs once a week. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: Bathing- help with shower and get in and out of shower and Bathtub has a shower chair, help with getting dressed , if needed help with toiletings, Transportation to doc appt and grocery shopping , Meal Prep (no food allergies) , Light Housekeeping - taking out trash, washing dishes dust, vacuum, mop clean the bathroom, help with laundry, Medication reminders .
