You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: meal prep-Fluid restriction 16fl oz per day, Low sodium, light housekeeping (vacuum, sweep &mop, dust), wipe bathroom & kitchen, companionship, laundry assistance, Medication reminder & organize meds, organize apt on calendar.
